Draws the view, talk and edit links for a template. On this wiki only [[Module:Navbox]] uses it, in the title bar of each navbox; there is no <nowiki>{{Navbar}}</nowiki> template. It is an older version of [[wikipedia:Module:Navbar|Wikipedia's Module:Navbar]].

The talk link only shows when the template's talk page exists, so navboxes don't carry red links. <code>title.exists</code> is an expensive function, so the check runs inside <code>pcall</code>: on a page that has reached the limit of expensive calls, the link is left out instead of showing an error. [[MediaWiki:Common.css]] hides the links in navbox title bars (<code>visibility: hidden</code>).

* <code>_navbar(args)</code>: for modules. <code>args[1]</code> is the template name (default: the calling template). <code>mini</code> shows the short labels v, t and e. Without <code>mini</code> or <code>plain</code>, the links follow "This box:" (<code>text</code> replaces it). <code>brackets</code> adds brackets, <code>noedit</code> leaves out the edit link, <code>fontstyle</code> and <code>style</code> add CSS. With <code>collapsible</code> (and <code>fontcolor</code>), the template name moves to <code>args[2]</code> and <code>args[1]</code> shows as a heading next to the links.
* <code>navbar(frame)</code>: the same for <code><nowiki>{{#invoke:Navbar|navbar}}</nowiki></code>.

The <code>template</code> argument, which picks other links such as history, move and watch, needs <code>Module:TableTools</code>. This wiki doesn't have that module, so <code>template</code> ends in a script error.
